MCR Pathways is an award-winning, relationship-based mentoring programme, working to level the playing field so all young people can achieve their ambitions.
Every young person has a vital spark within them - a unique potential waiting to be seen, nurtured, and set alight.
Encouragement, empathy, and belief in what a young person can truly achieve is essential. When it happens, mentors become the catalyst to igniting the vital spark of potential.
By giving just one hour a week to support a young person in your community, mentors discover something powerful within themselves too - a renewed sense of purpose, compassion and connection.
You don’t need to have all the answers - simply be there, to listen and encourage a young person to build confidence, believe in themselves and to dream big.
