About the Event

An Hour a Week, a Lifetime of Impact: Volunteer to Mentor a Young Person in Your Community with MCR Pathways

Who are MCR Pathways?

Award winning mentoring charity MCR Pathways, believes that a young person’s future should be determined by their talents and never their circumstances. Working together with our inspiring mentor community and partners, we can help young people to realise their skills and progress onto a positive destination.

Could you share an hour and mentor a young person?

MCR carefully matches young people with a volunteer mentor to meet in their school for just one hour each week, term time only. No qualifications are needed to become a mentor, just the desire to make a difference. As well as the life changing impact on a young person, volunteers also benefit, gaining new skills in active listening, communication and leadership.
