FREE CREST SuperStar Kit Boxes - Online launch event for primary teachers and STEM Ambassadors

CREST are excited to invite teachers and STEM Ambassadors from eligible areas in Scotland to their new CREST SuperStar Kit Boxes launch!

These primary school kit boxes have been developed by the British Science Association as part of a pilot project funded by the NCR Foundation. They have 30 free boxes, containing resources for eight CREST SuperStar Activities, including instructions and certificates, to give to schools to trial by the end of July 2023, and then keep.

During this online event you will have the opportunity to:

• See the final contents of the CREST SuperStar Kit Boxes revealed for the first time!
• Discover the next steps required to receive one of the free CREST Kit Boxes.
• Meet a local teacher experienced in delivering the CREST Award Scheme, who will discuss the benefits of running CREST Award Activities, provide top tips and answer questions.
• Hear from experienced local STEM Ambassadors (volunteers) who will talk about their experiences of supporting STEM engagement activities in schools and the wider community.
• Meet other local teachers and STEM Ambassadors interested in being part of this pilot project and STEM engagement activities in general.
• Find out what the project will involve, additional support provided and key dates.
