STEM is for Everyone Champions!

Aim: To recruit STEM Ambassadors in Scotland to become STEM is for Everyone Champions, a role which will allow STEM Ambassadors to support other volunteers with delivering inclusive activity and encouraging diversity in STEM.

This event is ideal for any STEM Ambassador based in Scotland who has previously attended a STEM is for Everyone training session, any of the Improving Gender Balance and Equality workshops or have an interest and knowledge of diversity and inclusion in STEM.

During the session we will introduce the role of the STEM is for Everyone Champion, what the role invovles and how to sign up.  Here is an idea of what the role could involve: posting on the STEM is for Everyone community thread and sharing best practice, offering support and advice to other STEM Ambassadors or inviting new or less experienced STEM Ambassadors to shadow you.
