About the Event

Summary:

This project will run from the end of May to the end of September with STEM loan resources and training & support documents being available thereafter. The STEM Ambassadors in Scotland Huband Young STEM Leader Programme, both based at SSERC, are collaborating to bring STEM Ambassadors, Young STEM Leaders and teachers together with the opportunity to be part of this project. The project will involve focus groups, support document development days and training to create a bank of training and support documents to assist participants to use the well-established selection of SSERC STEM loan resources and to embed the use of these loan resources in the STEM Ambassadors volunteering. 

Aim: To increase Science Capital for learners throughout the school through Young STEM Leaders (YSLs) and Teachers working closely with STEM Ambassadors to deliver STEM loan resource activities.
