Maths Week Scotland is an annual, week-long celebration of the importance of maths in our everyday lives. This year, Maths Week Scotland will run from 27 September - 3 October.

 

Even with the current restrictions there are lots of opportunities for you to get involved with this year’s Maths Week Scotland, providing valuable support to teacher and exciting activities for learners.

OPPORTUNITIES TO VOLUNTEER FROM THE HUB

Marvellous Maths

We're looking for STEM Ambassadors from across Scotland to talk about how Maths fits in with their current role. We would like STEM Ambassadors to create a 5 minute video where you talk about how maths fits with your role and talk about how important it is.

Add an Offer

We’re looking for STEM Ambassadors to add Offers to the STEM Learning website so that Educators and Group Leaders can browse them.  This is a great option if you have already developed a Maths focused activity or have an idea you would like to discuss.

Browse Requests

STEM Ambassadors can search the STEM Learning website for Maths related requests from Educators and Group Leaders.  Click Browse Requests below and type the keyword "Maths" into the search engine.
