Thank you: STEM Ambassador in Scotland Week 2026

It was fantastic to see our community of STEM Ambassadors here in Scotland come together for SAIS Week 2026! Over 70 STEM Ambassadors joined us online for live training and information sessions as well as our SAIS Week Business Breakfast.

These sessions covered a wide range of training and outreach opportunities, from marine litter citizen science to ASN in STEM engagement to starting a code club!

We also had a wonderful outpouring of support on social media from STEM Ambassadors and teachers. It was great to see and share all your posts about your experiences as a STEM Ambassador and highlights of 2025. To see some of these posts, search #SAISWeek26 on LinkedIn.

We’re heading into 2026 inspired by the fantastic work of our partners and volunteers, and we can’t wait to see what the next year brings.

So it bears repeating: Thank you! Thank you to all our volunteers for all you’ve done over the last year to inspire the next generation of STEM. The STEM Ambassador programme owes its success to you, the volunteers who give so much of your time and energy to make it all happen.
